It is very similar to Agelasta konoi (the Japanese species at the left) but it is certainly another species.
I look for it.

You are right of course it does look very much like Agelasta konoi
Does it only occur in Japan ?

Yes, it is so.
A realist possibility might be Agelasta (Dissosira) bimaculata Breuning, 1938 from India.
According to the description, this species is similar to A. quadrimaculata (Gahan, 1890) but it has two small zigzag bands instead of the lateral black spots.
