It is a female of Hypargyra albilateralis (Harold, 1880).
There are two subspecies in Tanzania: which is its exact provenance?

Thank you. It comes from Wami Dakawa area, Mvomero distr., Morogoro. Does it help to tell anything about a subspecies?

Not a lot, really... there are two subspecies, one widespread in the North and another in the South, but Mvomero is exactly in the middle!
They differ in the prothoracic shape, more or less constricted before apex. Your specimen seems to belong to the typical form (less constricted).
Actually, there also is the possibility that it is a less pubescent specimen of H. cribripennis Gahan, 1890, endemic from Tanzania and characterised by uniform ventral pubescence... but, it seems to me concentrated at the sides in this case.
