Résumé / Abstract

The taxa closely related to Vesperus strepens (Fabricius, 1792) are considered, with particular attention to the morphometric and morphological characters allowing the separation of the recently described species V ligusticus Vitali, 2001. A comparative study of the male genitalia of the species V. strepens, V. ligusticus and V. aragonicus Baraud, 1964 is carried out, and V strepens litigiosus Mulsant, 1863, formerly considered as a simple morpha, is raised to the subspecific level.
