It would be interesting to see the type of this taxon because it is possible that uniformis is only a synonym and rufina whose type is in the Téocchi collection (BMNH) and not in the Bulawayo Museum . I have 6 ex compared to the typus of rufina and I think that there is a beautiful imbroglio in this group? rufescens, uniformis, rufina .... not simple to discern .
If however you can take a picture of the type of E rufescens which is museum of Pretoria that could perhaps help ? It would be necessary to see the pronotal punctuation for example in comparison with the other species.
