Neoplocaederus glabricollis (Hope, 1843) after Juhel's revision.
The species are synonyms.

I think yes.... nonetheless, there is a problem with Neoplocaederus glabricollis (Hope, 1843), which was also described as first.
Confront here both descriptions.
