This taxon has been considered as a good species in my last article, which is available here.
The female and the genitals of all Indochinese species of Pseudopachydissus are described as well.

I have bought a specimen coming from the same area: I do not think it is tamdaoensis.
I have decided to describe it as a new subspecies of tamdaoensis: Pseudopachydissus tamdaoensis annamensis.

This species must be called today Pseudopachydissus tamdaoensis (Hayashi, 1992).
(see VITALI F., CHEMIN G. & GOUVERNEUR X., 2015 - Révision du genre Pseudopachydissus Pic, 1933 (Coleoptera Cerambycidae) - L’Entomologiste 71 (3): 185-188)
Publication here

No, it is Neocerambyx tamdaoensis Hayashi, 1992.
