Dong Tien Binh Thuan Province Vietnam LGB 28mm.

To me this appears similar to Plavichydissus aggregatus Holzschuh
but the antennae are much shorter and the segments are different as well.

Yes, antenna too short, it can't be Plavichydissus aggregatus (Holzschuh, 1999).
