Small and nice Xylotrechus from Sa Pa region, North Vietnam.
Male, 9 mm.
Closely related to X. variolaris Holz., 2009 and X. clavicornis Pic, 1927 in my view, but I do not have the opportunity to compare with clavicornis.
Unfortunately, my understanding of Holzshuh`s differential diagnosis is bad

Thanks, friends! I believe it`s Xylotrechus though.
"immediately close to the base, dorsal spot (instead of the scutellar spot)" - one round spot around scutellum or two symmetrical spots astride.. (??) How otherwise?

X. clavicornis Pic, 1927 is in the type section. Have a look also to Perissus latepubens Pic, 1950 with a close pattern...

According to Holzschuh's description, X. clavicornis differs from X. variolaris in a round, immediately close to the base, dorsal spot (instead of the scutellar spot), in the not-raised elytral pubescence, in the wider forehead, in the more widened antennal supports, etc...
