These two seem to correspond very well to Cyrtoclytus scapalis Holzschuh 2003, considering in particular the shapes of broad yellow postmedian and greyish premedian bands.
When I looked what is available on this species here and in other sites, I found that Larry's site gives two different species under this name. The third and fours photos present most probably C. tatsuyai Holzschuh 2011 there.
