Just heard back from Jim Wappes and he confirmed it is Cosmoplatidius abare N&M. Thanks to all.

Another excellent possibility is Cosmoplatidius abare Napp & Martins, 2006 - Tribe Compsocerini.
Also known from Santa Cruz region of Bolivia.

Bill.. you can verify Bolivian material with Jim W. He would also be aware of many undescribed Bolivia longhorns, especially from Santa Cruz. Also, with species that have multiple forms, he has a better knowledge than anyone.

Deltosoma xerophila DiIorio has been recorded from Santa Cruz province in Bolivia. The markings can be quite variable.
