I have specimen from this locality, too (4/2019). I determine it as Acrocyrtidus simianshanensis ssp. reductus Holzschuh, 2010.
New for Vietnam.

I have the same doubt, but it could be a variation of this one, no ? If you just add some black color...

This species have more diverse pattern of elitral coloration??? I have the species Acrocyrtidus simianshanensis in my collection and are very different from the insect shown on this topic...
