Vietnam(Kon Tum). It should be the male.
You are right for the shape of the pronotum...I proposed E.suturellus for the black suture.

Thanks Xavier. I'm more inclined to E. laticornis Fairmer, 1895
E. suturellus seems to me very long (elytra/hind legs ratio). And pronotum elongated too as I can judge by monochrom photo.. So hard to say more from it.

Probably Erythrus suturellus Holzschuh, 1984.
