I think it is Vientiana maculosa Holzschuh, 2016 , a new genus described from Laos, not far from your home, Lenny.

Maybe something close to Ceresium rotundicolle Pascoe 1885... but the pronotum seems to be more rounded than usual Ceresium-species...
