Bousquet et al made an error in 2009. Cleomenini was not validated by Pascoe in 1969. Cleomenini and Sestyrini were both validated in 1868 on page 405 by Lacordaire (see Bouchard et al 2011).
This leads to an unfortunate bit of confusion as to which tribe name should be used since it very probable that Sestyra and Cleomenes are closely related. Cleomenini is much more prevalent in literature and I believe it should be maintained. I doubt if any ICZN rules are available so ICZN officials usually prefer to maintain stability.
Bouchard et al (2011) listed both tribes, however they mainly done that in order to avoid any taxonomic arguments.

Non, on a regroupé les tribus proches pour faciliter le classement.
Ca faisait trop de tribus pour le forum.
