Possibly Kunbir atripes (Pic, 1924). Olivier & Gérard have collected one the same tree specimens with different colors for legs and elytra (blond to brown to black). If this identification is right, it means that Kunbir atripes bicoloripes Holzschuh, 2015 has no value.

...or Kunbir atripennis (Pic, 1925) as specimens here & here ?
