This pair strikes by the basal antennomeres distinctly bicoloured, orange with black apices.
Such kind of antennal coloration is typical for one single item, E. crassimana Gounelle, 1909, which is of course completely different. - And if I try to key out these specimen by having entirely orange antennal joints, I do not reach any satisfying result. Any idea?
Data: Colombia, Boyacá, road Otanche - Puerto Boyacá, 685m. Seizes: male 19 mm, female 17 mm

Recieved today an answer from Juan Pablo Botero; he writes concerning these two specimen:

About the Colombian Eburodacrys they are E. sexmaculata (Olivier, 1790). You are right, they have the apex of basal antennomeres black, and according with the key it is a unique characteristic of E. crassimana. Curiously, some months after the paper was published, I was visiting some collections in Colombia and I found many "dark" specimens of E. sexmaculata, so I think that is a variation of the Colombian populations of this species.
