Probablement Heterocompsa aquilonia Giesbert 1998... il n'y a pas beaucoup de possibilités parmi les espèces du Mexique (ici).

P.s. Neoibidionini is a taxonomic mistake that must be corrected.
Ibidionini is perfectly available.
