The other black species in this area is Necydalis araii Niisato, 1998, but I do not recognize the abdomen.

All black, it could be Necydalis (Necydalisca) concolor Niisato & Ohbayashi N., 2004 , but my specimens from Laos have shiny pronotum.
You can compare with that picture here
