Home made translation :
Close to permutans Pascoe, but scapus without punctuation; inferior lobe eyes half longer than cheeks; the front very finely punctuated ; lateral spine of pronotum very short, larger, conical; antennomera covered of brown hairs, no blackish at top.

I can not check any feature on picture.
