It should be Gnoma luzonica luzonica Erichson, 1834.

I doubt that bilara is a valid taxon.

Thank you. I think the ID is ok. You can compare with 2 holotypes pictures ( Gnoma luzonica morphotype transiens Kriesche, 1936 and Gnoma luzonica bilaras Dillon & Dillon, 1951) available on Smithsonian website here.
