I know they are tough but with the black spot on the pronotum I hope if might be easier to ID

You should be right, Thomas. Oberea unipunctata Gressitt, 1939 from Zhejiang (China) has " prothorax testaceous with an invertex cordiform black spot on center of disc" and the holotype has the posterior femurs much less dark.

in some specimens, hide legs are black, in others light; in some specimens, the elytra are rather light, while in others rather dark; some specimens has evident hairs along suture, others not.
Moreover, there are not so many species living both in Zhejiang and Thailand.

GRESSITT J. L., 1939. A Collection of Longicorn Beetles from T'ien-mu Shan, East China. Notes d'Entomologie Chinoise 6 (4). Fig.16, Pl.II.

If there is no other Oberea with such a black spot, it should be Oberea unipunctata Gressitt, 1939 = Oberea uninotaticollis Pic, 1939
