I studied all my specimens from Thailand and Nyanmar with Lin&co's paper.
It was difficult to apply and conclude. I inform Xavier that my specimens from Phrae are G mouhotii.

For me, your female with this short spine at apex of elytra is also G mouhotii.

Probably Glenea mouhotii Thomson, 1865, but this species belongs to a hard group.
You should read LIN Meiying, TAVAKILIAN Gérard, MONTREUIL Olivier & YANG Xingke, 2009. A study on the indiana & galathea species-group of the genus Glenea, with descriptions of four new species.
