I have the impression that it is a form of Phytoecia porosa (?) staining that also has smooth, pre-medial calluses! What do you think about it ?

There are 2 prominent pre-median, small smooth discal callosities on the pronotal disc. Any suggestions on this good looking Phytoecia ??
