Here a picture of male of Agelasta (Dissosira) perplexa (Pascoe, 1858) from YAMASAKO J. & OHBAYASHI N., 2012.

Apex of 4th antennomera and base of the 5th are black; then, apex of 5th and base of 6th are black too. So, yes, nasa's specimen is possibly a female of A.perplexa.

Very similar to Mesosa (Aplocnemia) nebulosa Fabricius, 1781 http://www.cerambycoidea.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=14543
