Avec le pronotum doté de sillons transversaux distincts, il s'agit bien de Mesosa (Saimia) quadriplagiata (Breuning, 1935).
J'ajoute ici une femelle (męme localité):

ok, it is a Mesosa (Metamesosa) sp., probably Mesosa (Metamesosa) inaequalipennis Pic, 1944, given the length of these specimens.

It is not Mesosa (Saimia) quadriplagiata (Breuning, 1935) because female specimen has too short antenna.
These couple fits with picture 2f in Laos fauna, but it is a different species than this one from Vietnam.
