These two may be the same but the antennal hairs on segment four are quite different. Nice long, pitted scape on both.

Sa Pa, Lao Cai Province, Vietnam 17 mm, and Yen Bai Province, Vietnam 15 mm

Mesosini, it is Cacia (Ipocregyes) cephalotes (Pic, 1925).
