Only 2 species described:

Scaposodus rufulus Breuning, 1961 from Vietnam here have scapus black on the back.

Original description of Scaposodus indicus Breuning, 1969 from India.

This specimen is probably the Indian species, but I have never seen the holotype which is at MNHN Paris.

It should be Scaposodus sp. (Pteropliini)
