From northern Thailande too (Phrae Prov.), the same species.

Exocentrus (Oligopsis) alboguttatus obscurior Pic, 1929

It is Exocentrus (Pseudocentrus) guttulatus Bates, 1873.
There are several subspecies, but the taxonomic situation is unclear since they seem related to disconnected areas (impossible for the concept of subspecies!).

Nice insect!
It is an Exocentrus a very rich genus of Acanthocinini.
The worldwide revision - outdated - is here in the Library.
