Another one I am uncertain about.
I initially thought of a Palimna sp?

Data: 15-11-92 - 60km NW Hanoi 1200m - Tam Dao - North Vietnam
South Malawi

Thanks
Ben

Yes, correction. The label was wrong.
It is from South Malawi.

I wonder if it is not an African species...

Hi there.
It is 14.5mm long, any ideas?, the antennae are complete, so assume it is a Female.
Shame about the missing leg...

I also thought that the data label was wrong as it looked uncannily like Lasiopezus variegator from Africa.

Strange,... I do no think it is a Palimna sp. or an Ancylonotini (scapus and legs too thin...).
Could you give us the lenght of the specimen ?
