Auf jeder Decke... zwei breite Querbinden, eine mediane und eine apicale... On each elytron two wide transversal bands, one median another apical...
I would say no.

It is close to Paradriopea birmanica Breuning, 1970 , so it could be Paradriopea fruhstorferi Breuning, 1965 described from Vietnam, but I do not know this species.
