I think it's female Spinimegopis fujitai Komiya & Drumont, 2007. I attach a photo of male S. fujitai from same locality (North Vietnam, Yen Bai province, Mucangchai, 1700 m, May 2017)

Almost everything I get from Vietnam comes this way. Don't know if the the alky they use but something is leaching out the fat. Thanks for the ID.

I would say: oiled female of Spinimegopis lividipennis (Lameere, 1920)
