Struggling to locate this specimen.

Data: 06-2015 - Bellavista - Lomas de guacimo - Atlantic Slope - Limon Prov - Chile - 15 mm

Data incorrect. I went back to the person who collected it and it is indeed from Limon Prov COSTA RICA
Still looks better for Tetrasarus lezamai.
It isn't Azygocera picturata, I have several specimens of that species.

The only member of Acanthoderini in Chile is Azygocera picturata (Fairmaire & Germain, 1859) (here).
Do you think that it could be the same species?

Yes, I did consider Tetrasarus lezamai.
The locality is correct to my knowledge.

I would have check the genus Tetrasarus Bates ...
But one question, is the locality doubtful ?
