It is Steirastoma histrionicum White, 1855.

In 2006 this species was recorded from Venezuela by me, Wolf and Haxaire in this paper; nonetheless, the "photographic Catalogue of the Cerambycidae of World" ignores it... rather to report a lot of multifarious errors (use of feminine names for this genus, missing of several known localities) and other ones systematically present in the whole site (crazy systematics, missing of the quotation of my name for pictures stolen from my site or my papers, etc...)
I also notice that it is only the Catalogue of the New World... Yankees...
