I saw a photo from a colleague of the holotype of N. quadrimaculatus. The species species pictured above from Sabah is apparently the same species.

I have another specimen from Sabah, that is more pubescent, with similar maculae , and slightly different elytral apices.

Hello, the type is a Leiden (Netherlands) I've not seen it I based on the publication of Breuning & De Jong.

This may be N. quadrimaculatus, however I believe the specimen has most of its pubescence rubbed off.
Gerard.. have you seen the type or do you have a photograph of it?

Bonjour
Peut être Notomulciber (Micromulciber) quadrimaculatus Breuning & de Jong, 1941
