Heteroclytomorpha quadrinotata?
I think to this species.

It's pointed as per picture, so Heteroclytomorpha sexplagiata it is.

We don't see lateral spine of pronotum (pointed vs obtuse) to conclude with key of (Breuning,1950) implemented there.

If pointed spine, it's Heteroclytomorpha sexplagiata Breuning, 1939; if obtuse spine, it's Heteroclytomorpha quadrinotata Blanchard, 1853.
