Not T. chinensis based on holotype image.
T. simulans has varying amounts of darkness on the elytra.
This specimen is T. simulans.

I think it could be a true Thylactus chinensis Kriesche, 1924 by seeing the picture in the Chinese iconography (Hua, 2009): same longitudinal light line on the pronotum, etc .
But I don't know for the other one identified by Gérard...
