I hesitated between T uniformis, T umbilicatus and T dentipennis.
1- The species are described and known from Guizhou, Thailand and Yunnan respectively.
2- The pronotum of the third corresponds better.
You're right, it's T dentipennis Wang & Chiang, 1998.

I think it's Thylactus uniformis Pic, 1934
