It's a Ioesse sp. (Petrognathini).
In the review of this group ( OHBAYASHI Nobuo & LIN Meiying, 2012. A Review of the Asian Genera of the Petrognathini, with Description of a New Species and Proposal of a New Synonym (Coleoptera, Cerambycidae, Lamiinae). The Japanese Journal of Systematic Entomology 18 (2): 235-251), you have the choice between 3 species. If you need this paper, tell me.
