It comes from Tam Dao environment, N. Vietnam

I think this is a rare variety of Paraglenea fortunei (Saunders, 1853), close to the var. soluta Ganglbauer, 1887 (here Breuning's drawing modified).

Ok with your id. The correct name is Eutetrapha gui Lin & Yang, 2017.
