Both specimen you noted, really belongs to the same species. But it is definitely not C. dihammaphoroides. I know it from Mindanao only.

Surely not C. hefferni, which shows bicolor antennae.

Cleomenes dihammaphoroides Thomson, 1864 is a good ID.
In Bezark's site, there are specimens with bicolor antennae, but this feature is not present in the original description. Otherwise, maybe C. hefferni must be put in synonymy.

A type to check.

C'est curieux, je n'ai jamais trouvé les Cleomenes au MNHN. Je chercherai d'avantage en octobre prochain.
