I have kept Sinostrangalis clermonti (Pic, 1927) for my Laotian specimens.

My specimen is identical to yours, will be other Sinostrangalis clermonti (Pic, 1927)

I have two specimens from you with the determination Japanostrangalia clermonti, very very similars to the specimen of this post.

I'd rather say Sinostrangalis basiplicatus (Fairmaire, 1889)

Sorry! It is hard to determine, because there are two guys are very close to the spm. Japanostrangalia yamasakii (MITONO, 1936) and Japanostrangalia basiplicata (FAIRMAIRE, 1889) please refer to Chou W-I, Ohbayashi N. 2007 Notes on the Genera Sinostrangalis and Metastrangalis (Coleoptera, Cerambycidae) [Studies on the Taiwanese Lepturinae, I]. Japanese Journal of systematic entomology. 13 (2): 225-240.
