It looks like a Hechinoschema sp.

Comparing to type picture, it is not H. vitalisi Pic; I know nothing about the second one, Hechinoschema spinosa Thomson, 1857.
It might also belong to another genus.

Surely not Hechinoschema, which is a winged species (Lamiini).

I'd check Morimopsini or Phrissomini.
Does the scape show an apical cicatrix?
