What is the date and elevation?
I would say P. sciaphila Kuboki, 2001, but both yellow species from N VN are very similar.

both sps of Kuboki P. morikawai & P. sciaphila are different from mine, but near for sure, the drawings of genitals are not useful at all (but I have only a bad copy of the description).

Thanks Tomas for your idea, so I think its P. takakuwai Chou, 2009 acc the description and the male genitals.
