It it very alike to Dolichostyrax Aurivillius, 1911; however, Morimopsini.
It might be Microdorcadion tuberculatum Pic, 1925

Thanks, Francesco.

I have the Pic 1925 paper and will check out the descriptions of Microdorcadion & M.tuberculatum.

Microdorcadion tuberculatum Pic, 1925 is a quite different sps, for me your spm belongs more to the genus Centruropsis Breuning, 1950

Thanks Andreas,

I had success with the Monograph. With your head start, I was able to key the specimen to Centruropsis.

The description matches well. The only thing that was not mentioned, which seems important, are the black velvet marks on the back of the head. The head on my specimen is not tucked all the way into the pronotum. I could see, depending on the condition of Pic's holotype which was studied by Breuning, these marks being hidden.

For now, I am going with Centruropsis dorcadionoides (Pic) 1928.

Bonsoir

Now I found a HT picture (see type section) of C. dorcadionoides, this sps looks really different.

No, no, no, I do not see any similarities to neither Centruropsis nor Morimospasma, neither specimen. How did you got this idea??
