I think it is Glenea bedoci Pic, 1926, morpha coeruleopunctata Breuning, 1956

...but in the other hand (thanks Gérard ), we have also Glenea tonkinea Aurivillius, 1925 with white sutural band... Here lectotype male from Vietnam, from LIN M. & YANG X., 2011. Glenea coomani Pic, 1926 and its related species of South China with description of a new species. ZooKeys 153: 57-71, 35 figs.

Comparing the length of 3rd antennomera (reaching the shoulder), your specimen is a Glenea bedoci as I said in first. |
