Thank you Francesco,

Almost all characters are matching with Salpinia socia Gahan, 1906 except the length, may be it is the one right?

Gahan (1906) gave a body length of 9 mm for the holotype, today the only known specimen. The only other species, whose a range is know (Salpinia obliqua Villiers & Chûjô, 1966), measures 11-14 mm.

The only known locality for S. socia is Arunachal-Pradesh, relatively very close to Meghalaya; thus, I think that your specimen can be S. socia.
