This genus is a Stenellipsis for the species I will have to look in my boxes ....

This species has nothing to do with Stenellipsis (here).
In my opinion, it is more related with the Enicodini.

Not Enicodini, either. I think this is a very tiny species, in the order of 4-5 mm, probably Acanthocinini. The genus Psilocnaeia Bates, 1874 might be worth checking out. I have several unidentified tiny species in my collection from NZ.
