La seule espèce connue du Laos est Semanotus sinoauster Gressitt, 1951 que tu peux voir ici et là.

Merci Xavier, je pense qu'il s'agit effectivement de lui, même si la coloration rougeâtre de la base des élytres se réduit à une fine zone autour de l'écusson.
