Nice pictures !
In Breuning revision, B.melanura has black abdomen, metasternum, metepisterna, dorsal face of hind femora; brownish hind tibias and tarsis. May be a variety ?

And B.melanura's pronotum is almost impunctate, the elytral punctures also effaced in all the apical elytral third, as described by Breuning 1956. See https://singapore.biodiversity.online/species/A-Arth-Hexa-Coleoptera-000366?imageId=0.

The differences seem significant?
