Hi,
Any idea of the following species? I have recorded it from Kandy, Sri Lanka.
Thanks

Lamiini... not among the species known from Sri Lanka.
Have you taken a frontal view?

Thank you very much Sangamesh. Yes it seems you are correct. Very much similar to Pharsalia proxima. I found a photo of this species in following link.

Thanks again
Thilina

Yes... I have tested this species.
The problem that it does not correspond to the original description (here, p. 55) due to the white pattern.

It might correspond to Pharsalia intermedia Heller (here, p.29) from Madras, which Breuning considered as a variety of proxima.
The linked specimen, preserved in the Senckenberg Naturhistorische Sammlungen, Dresden, Germany (see specimen information) it is not, in fact, a syntype of P. proxima (preserved in the BMNH) but of P. intermedia.
I ignore if Breuning's synonymy was correct.
